Policy
Registration and Payment Policy
Please check our policy before completing the registration form. Your reservation is confirmed upon payment of a 30% deposit to the SYM bank account in the UK. We shall send you the bank transfer details after receiving your registration. The balance is due on arrival.
Cancelation and Postponement
The deposit is non-refundable but can be used for any other yoga course with SYM.
In the unlikely case that a course should be canceled we would inform you at least one month in advance and refund your deposit in full.We reserve the right to cancel any yoga course due to inadequate number of participants. SYM-LTD cannot be held responsible for any other costs incurred preparing for the canceled course including airline or train tickets, health insurance or loss of work. Please make sure you have full travel insurance or bring your European Health Insurance card.
