1- Week - Yoga and Astrology Course

Daily Schedule : Yoga 09:00 - 11:00; Astrology 11:30 - 13:00 and !5:00 - 16:30 (5 days) the course includes 2 excursions !!

12 - 19 October 2024 : Yoga and ASTROLOGY ; Gythio, Peloponnese, GREECE.

5 - 12 April 2025 : Yoga and ASTROLOGY ; Benicarlo, Valencia, SPAIN.

This course teaches the fundamentals of Yoga and Astrology and how the elements and planets relate to the Chakras and to Yoga, which provide the tools for working on the microcosm which is man. The Yoga Asana classes are based on working with the chakras. This course also teaches breathing exercises (pranayama) meditation (mindset), restorative exercises (therapeutic), meridian stretching and relaxation.

The Astrology program teaches all the fundamental principles necessary to get started, including : the Zodiac, the Elements, the Qualities and Polarities; the Planets, the Houses and Angles, the Aspects, Rulership and piecing it all together..

The course includes materials and 2 excursions to ancient sites, breathtaking mountains and beaches. Food is not included in this program.

3 Week - Yoga, TAI CHI and Self Defence for Men and Women

You may choose to join for 1, 2 or the full 3 weeks.

Mornings : 9:00 - 10:30 Yoga / 11:00 - 13:00 Tai Chi

Afternoons : 15:00 - 16:00 Theory / 16:15 - !8:00 Tai Chi

Yoga classes are based on the chakras, breathing exercises (pranayama) meditation (mindset), restorative exercises (therapeutic), relaxation and meridian stretching.

Tai Chi teaches self defence, movement, energy work and mindset. It is about developing self confidence, agility, speed and graceful movement as well as feeling the partner’s energy and movements in order to respond appropriately. This course teaches all basic Tai Chi techniques, breathing and energy awareness in single and pair form practice. The main focus will be on training with a partner in order to practice basic self-defence and enhance self confidence. We will also introduce training with the long staff or baton.

This course is also an excellent self defence training for women !!

YOGA THERAPY

Yoga-Therapy and Integrative Medicine - TBA

This unique Workshop/Retreat/Yoga Training is suitable for all Yoga Teachers, Yoga practitioners, Body Workers, Therapists or anyone who would like to know why we get sick and how we can heal, applying the profound knowledge of Yoga Therapy and Integrative Medicine.
This 100-hour Yoga training course explores health and disease through an understanding of the Chakra system which connects and controls physical, energetic and deep psychological aspects of human nature.

This course teaches both evaluation and healing techniques as well as an in-depth theoretical understanding. Yoga provides not only a deep understanding of body, mind and emotions but also provides us with fantastic healing tools such as breath work, deep relaxation, Yin-Yoga Asana practice, guided meditation, nutrition, psychology and philosophy.
This course is certified by Yoga Alliance International.

The beautiful environment and excellent holistic cuisine complete the program and give this training a retreat character.
